Corto di Passo is produced by Curatolo Arini 1875, a historic Sicilian winery founded by Vito Curatolo Arini. The winery has been dedicated to quality and international markets since its inception. 

The grapes for this wine are harvested from vineyards in Caltanissetta, about 500 meters above sea level, with maritime influence. Just before harvest, half of the grapes are picked and dried beneath the Sicilian sun, enhancing the wine's rich flavors.
