At Caná Wine Shop, we are committed to delivering your wine safely and efficiently. Whether you're ordering for yourself or sending a gift, we offer shipping across the United States, where state laws allow. We also provide personalized notes for gift shipments.
Managing Your Wine Delivery
Need to change your shipping address or hold your delivery? Want to request a specific delivery time? With UPS My Choice and FedEx Delivery Manager, you can easily manage your wine shipment. These free tools from our shipping partners allow you to track, hold, or reschedule your delivery.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
If you need to send wine to different addresses, each address will require a separate order. Caná Wine Shop cannot split one order between multiple addresses.
Protecting Your Wine from Extreme Temperatures
To ensure your wine arrives in perfect condition, Caná Wine Shop may delay shipments during extreme weather conditions, such as excessive heat or hurricanes. These delays are more common during the summer months. We’ll notify you via email and post updates on our website if there are any delays due to weather conditions.
Receiving Your Wine Shipment
When your wine order arrives, UPS or FedEx will require:
- A valid ID showing the recipient is 21 years or older.
- A signature confirming receipt of the package.
If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, the carrier will make two additional delivery attempts. After these attempts, the shipment will be held at the carrier’s distribution center. Shipping Options and Rates
Caná Wine Shop strives to process and ship orders within Miami Dade County the same business day if received before 3 p.m. local time. Orders placed after 3 p.m. will ship the next business day. Orders placed after 3 p.m. on Fridays will ship the following Monday.
For all other deliveries within Florida and beyond, we ship via UPS or FedEx.
- Shipping rates are based on the weight of the package and the delivery method selected.
- Rates will be calculated and displayed in your shopping cart as you add or remove items.
Changing or Cancelling Your Wine Order
If you need to cancel or change your order after it has been processed, a 10% cancellation fee will apply as per our Refund Policy. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at canawineshop@gourmet58.com to avoid delays.
Third-Party Shipping Providers
At Caná Wine Shop, we rely on trusted shipping partners like UPS and FedEx to deliver your order. Once your package is in transit, Caná Wine Shop is not responsible for any delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier.
We are not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions, legal restrictions, or carrier-related issues. For assistance with delivery after your wine has been shipped, please contact UPS or FedEx directly.
Shipping Insurance & Liability
Caná Wine Shop is not responsible for any damage or breakage that occurs during transit. You are responsible for all shipping insurance and shipping costs, which will be calculated at checkout.
If delivery attempts fail, the shipment will be returned to us and handled according to our Refund Policy. Refunds will be processed minus original shipping costs, return shipping fees, and a 10% restocking fee.
Compliance with Local, State, and Federal Laws
As a customer of Caná Wine Shop, you are responsible for complying with all local, state, and federal laws regarding the shipping and receipt of alcoholic beverages. We make no representations about the legality of shipping wine to your state or jurisdiction.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from shipping or delivery will be handled according to the dispute resolution terms outlined in our Terms of Service, which include binding arbitration and a class action waiver.
