Subscription Cancellations

When you purchase a subscription from Caná Wine Shop, you will receive recurring wine deliveries based on the schedule you select. Some subscriptions are set to auto-renew at the end of the subscription period.

  • You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle begins.
  • To avoid being charged for the next shipment, please cancel your subscription before the renewal date. If a subscription order has already been processed, it will follow the terms of our Refund Policy.
  • Auto-Renewals: For subscriptions that auto-renew, be sure to cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.

Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-ordering wine from Caná Wine Shop means you're reserving a product that is not yet available for immediate shipment. Depending on the pre-order, we may collect full payment, a partial deposit, or no payment at checkout.

  • You can cancel a pre-order anytime before it has been fulfilled (i.e., before the wine is shipped).
  • If your pre-order has already been processed and shipped, you cannot cancel it, but you may be eligible for a refund as outlined in our Refund Policy.

Refund Timeframes

Once your cancellation or return request is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
