Caná Wine Shop: 30-Day Return Policy

At Caná Wine Shop, we offer a 30-day return policy, giving you peace of mind with your purchase. This means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your items to request a return. We also provide free return shipping for all eligible returns.

Once you place your order, Caná Wine Shop will send a confirmation email, followed by a fulfillment notification. Please note, Caná reserves the right to refund and cancel orders if necessary.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Additionally, you'll need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Start your return process by contacting us at canawineshop@gourmet58.com. If your return is accepted, we will email you a free return shipping label and detailed instructions on where to send the package. Please note: Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted.

For items delivered but later returned or declined by the buyer—including those returned due to failed delivery attempts because an adult signature was unavailable—a refund will be processed. However, the refund will exclude the original shipping charges, return shipping costs, and a 10% restocking fee.

Final sale items are not eligible for returns.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will assess the situation and make it right.

For wine delivery or shipping, we contract with third-party carriers on your behalf. By requesting delivery, you authorize us to make these arrangements. You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase alcohol from Caná Wine Shop. Identification and signature are required for delivery.

While we aim for safe delivery, we are not responsible for any breakage or damage that may occur during shipping. Customers are responsible for shipping costs and insurance as per our shipping policy.

Please be aware of your state’s alcohol shipping laws. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including obtaining licenses or permits and paying any required taxes. Shipping and delivery times may vary based on the shipping service and destination.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item, the fastest way is to return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
