  • Identification and signature are required for delivery.
  • Caná Wine Shop is not responsible for breakage or damage during shipping. You are responsible for all shipping costs and insurance according to our Shipping Policy.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders placed and payment processed are subject to a 10% cancellation fee of the total purchase amount.

  • If your order has already been shipped, additional shipping fees will also be charged.

RETURN POLICY

If your order is delivered and later returned or declined, including due to failed delivery attempts (e.g., no adult signature), the following deductions apply:

  • Original shipping charges
  • Return shipping charges
  • A 10% restocking fee
