Step into a world of Spanish elegance and hidden allure on November 16th at Undisclosed, our secret speakeasy at 2207 Coral Way, Miami. For this special edition of our Vine-to-Table series, we’re pulling out all the stops to host Alejandro Gómez Sigala and Letizia Mangione, the visionaries behind Pago de Cirsus and Bodegas Zifar. This isn’t just another dinner—this is an immersive evening where luxury meets authenticity, all within the intimate, dimly lit atmosphere of our speakeasy.

Pago de Cirsus, nestled in Navarra, is one of the few wineries that holds the prestigious Vino de Pago status, Spain’s highest wine classification. Every bottle they produce reflects the unique terroir and microclimate of their estate. Expect the night to begin with their Gran Cuvée Especial 2022 Rosé, a sparkling welcome that embodies the elegance and finesse of this exclusive winery​.

But it doesn’t stop there—Bodegas Zifar, located in the famed Ribera del Duero, brings its own flair to the table. Since 2014, Alejandro and Letizia have revitalized this historic winery, crafting wines that combine tradition with a modern edge. Their Caballero Zifar 2019, paired with Chuleton de Carne de Res, will steal the spotlight as its robust flavors perfectly match the charred beef. This wine, crafted from century-old vines, offers the complexity and structure that has made Ribera del Duero wines world-famous​.

Throughout the night, our chef has crafted a menu to complement these exquisite wines: think rich, buttery Iberico ham croquetas paired with the oaky, barrel-fermented Pago de Cirsus Chardonnay 2022 and tender Iberico Pork with Bodegas Zifar Roble 2022. The meal will finish with a traditional Torta Vasca de queso, a creamy dessert that will leave you savoring every bite.
