The Story Behind the Wine:

Established in 1993, Matthews Winery is located in the heart of Washington State's Columbia Valley. The winery focuses on producing Bordeaux-style and single varietal vineyard-designated wines, sourcing grapes from vineyards that respect nature and its soil. The 2022 Sauvignon Blanc was fermented in stainless steel and small neutral oak barrels, aged for five months, and bottled on March 28, 2023. A total of 4,510 cases were produced.
